Beautiful place to stay. Staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Close to city centre just a short walk. We came with our dog and she loved it. The dog bed, bowls and surprise box was a lovely touch. Breakfast was delicious definitely recommend staying here. We were upgraded on the second night both rooms were spectacular. Will stay here again when next visiting Bath.
My wife and I visited Bath for a few days following a hike on the Cotswold Way. Noting on their website that the Roseate Villa provided a vegan option for afternoon tea, we made reservations. As vegans, we've found that options for higher-end dining experiences are few and far between, so this was something we eagerly anticipated. It was, to put it succinctly, one of the best experiences we had during our trip--and possibly one of the best experiences in our eight years of marriage. The setting was suitably elegant. The food was wonderful. The tea selections were uniformly excellent. And the service was absolutely impeccable.
Went there for an afternoon tea - a group of 2 vegetarians and 1 vegan. Spectacular experience - customer service by Kin was so warm, it was just us in the beautiful tea room, and the location was superb. The vegan afternoon tea in particular exceeded all expectations - scones, cakes sandwiches, it didn’t feel like a compromise at all! 10/10 recommend as a leisurely experience that can easily take 2 hours - it’s so worth the money!
